We often begin with what we want to achieve. This begins somewhere else: with the trust we have been given, the reality we inhabit, and the responsibility that follows.
The purpose of the question is not to give us confidence that we are doing good. It is to keep us capable of discovering where we are being unfaithful.
This experience is built around a single movement: Ask → Peel → See → Accept → Act → Revisit. The same question can be used by an individual, a family, a leadership team, an organisation, a network, or an ecosystem of organisations. The scale changes. The underlying responsibility does not.
The experience is not a diagnostic tool. It does not produce a score, a certificate, or a verdict. It is a mirror.
